East Shore Real Estate Information

The East Shore, as little as 5 minutes from the vibrant tourist hub of Stateline, boasts numerous quiet residential areas. They include Logan Shoals, Cave Rock, Skyland, Zephyr Cove, Round Hill and Kingsbury Grade. Some of these, Zephyr Cove for example, offer public beaches and boating. Nearby Spooner Lake Recreation Area is a great spot for hiking and mountain biking.

Also noteworthy is Glenbrook, an exclusive gated community containing waterfront estates, private beaches and Lake and meadow views.

East Shore tends to be the most expensive part of The Lake. As of March, the median price for a single-family home was $1,090,000 and for a condo, $540,000. Most of the homes there are larger in size and are located among strands of pines, cottonwoods and stark granite outcroppings.
